Carmina Burana

Depois de um dia bem cansativo fomos até Salford Quays ver Carmina Burana.
Direct from Spain, the internationally renowned La Cuadra de Sevilla bring their spectacular production of Carl Orff's Carmina Burana. This timeless choral masterpiece is adapted to feature stunning Spanish choreography, Flamenco, guitars and two famous Andalusian stallions. From the company that brought their smash hit, Carmen, this passionate production features over 30 dancers, singers and actors.
“The spectacle has an incredibly evocative beauty, where images unfold one after another” El Correo de Andalucia
“at the end of each performance, the audience rises with a powerful standing ovation” Gonzalo Perez de Olaguer
“Dancing white horses, murdering black metal bulls, and big wheels and angels and nymphs with wings. Virgins, crosses, crescent moons, dwarves and great guitar. A beautiful daring risk and sublime madness.” Diario de Sevilla
